equity dpa deploys donor funds to underserved homebuyers
We're on a mission to close the wealth gap! You can become a partner by donating to the BIPOC, LMI, or Building Diverse Communities new home funds at Equity DPA through Homeownership Council of America.
Donor funds may carry additional designations and restrictions such as geography. HCA permanently restricts the funds and ensures donor's intentions are met through the recipients of Equity DPA. Any payoffs received are recycled and used for new qualifying homebuyer assistance.
