Once pre-approved from your new lender, you'll be able to confidently shop for your first home. If you are buying a new home from a builder, additional incentives and mortgage options will be available through their preferred lender.
Equity DPA forgives AFTER 5 years of stable owner-occupied homeownership of your new home. If you sell your home prior to the end of the 5-year term or perform a cash-out refinance, you'll repay the Equity DPA amount we provided and pay it forward to the next homebuyers we assist with these donated funds.
